It uses the Western Red Cedar for its deck, wall cover, and soffit cladding was integrated with our design with unbreakable flexibility, cost that optimized and durability of cedar make it be the best choice for this project and this location. Some of materials will make this project different from other else. Riverhouse consist of three different horizontal volumes, each with a specific material quality. The downstairs floor consist of two groups separated with an east west glazed circulation space that make your space to view the river wider and of course to view the garden too.
