And the throughout honor gave out to One New Change, a solid combined function project in the town of British capital by Jean Nouvel and Sidell Gibson Architects. Victor – Town Town Office Tower, Vienna, Austria, planned by COOP HIMMELB(L)AU Wolf D. Prix / W. Dreibholz & Partner ZT GmbH for Immobiliendevelopment Wiener Stadtwerke BMG & Soravia Aktiengesellschaft. The Town Town Office Tower in Erdberg is the primary component of a growing urbanized district with a large region of 120.000 m².

Victor – Amfora Amstel, planned by Zwarts & Jansma Architects. This’d a primary underground basic structure project in central Amsterdam .

Victor – One New Change, London , UK planned by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and Sidell Gibson Architects for overland protections. Retail & Leisure

Victor – Nebuta-no-ie Warasse, Aomori City , Japan , planned by molo Japan kk & d/dt Arch Inc and Frank la Rivière Architects Inc for City of Aomori . The Nebuta House is planned to display Nebuta art (big paper faunae, warriors and devils) while the yearly August event. A cover of 12 m high armor decorations confines an outside walk, meant as a door between the unreal world inner and the modern town outer.
