Local companies, TBG Architects and Planners, Inc., who helped design Eugene newest retail center mounted display boards created for the AIA’s annual People’s Choice Awards. American Institute of Architects Southwestern Oregon Chapter offers the People’s Choice Awards for displaying works of local architects, landscape architects, & professional design. This program seeks to highlight the benefits of design and shows what architectural profession provides to improve the built environment.
Community can see the screen Coburg Station and other entries for this year, AIA’s People’s Choice Award in Orissa in the building corner of Broadway and Willamette to Eugene Celebration wraps up this Sunday afternoon. Communities are also encouraged to choose their favorite designs in several categories during the Eugene Celebration. The winners of the AIA’s 2009 People’s Choice Award will be announced in September Chapter meeting, and in the Eugene Register Guard.
