Spanish designer Julio Barreno has finished a storage construction for canoes next to a reservoir in Zahara de la Sierra, Spain. Named Canoes Landscape, the plan was formed by the position of the road behind, electrical lines, possible flood-levels of the reservoir and the instability of the base. The pointed interior characteristics a wide space with stands for storing the boats, ignited by skylights. Modifying rooms, toilets and a shower bath are hidden behind a red-tiled wall.

CANOES LANDSCAPE
Zahara de la sierra is a small town in the south of Spain. It’s located on the high of a hill as a heavy fluid falling down along the incline. At the bottom, there’s a reservoir built with a solid dike. The city council projects build a recreation sector in the shorter site of the hill which is next to the water reservoir. As we may look, the landscape in this sector is shaped by small white pieces of lodging derived from the small size of the plots and the attributes in this sector determine the green and white pixels of an air panorama of this landscape. This construction for storing canoes is constructed as different white detail in the landscape.
