Recently, AUZprojekt have a new house design. It lies in Labruge, Vila do Conde, Portugal. That area has clear sky view. The weather not so cold because it near beach. This project area was 242 sqm and takes 3 years to be done. This project have been start since 2006 and finished in 2008.
The design of this house genuinely thinks about the owner satisfied. The togetherness becomes the top priority while developed this building. The cooking area or kitchen and family area were took a place on the top of the structure so that the sea view can be looked well. That condition is made to make the owner and the family can enjoy the beautifulness of the sea view combine with the togetherness. Even the location near the beach, there are still many neighbor there. You will never feel lonely but will not feel annoyed too because there is not so crowded. The bedroom the only permanent room because the bunk bed placed horizontally. It will make you able to minimize the area of the room then your room will see wider.
This house is perfect to a person who likes beach so much. Almost all of the house front side able to show you the beach panorama. The material of this house also has been chosen well. all item have been mixed to make a better place for the owner and still with high quality also. This is a great design from AUZprojekt.
