One more amazing design in the world comes from world class designer, Lucio Morini. It location is in Ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. The location is green so everyone who will go there will feel comfort. The project will be handled by Lucio Morini + GGMPU Arquitectos – Gramática/ Morini/ Pisani/ Urtubey with the project manager Arq. Iciar Lecuona. This project takes the area with 950 sqm and started since 2006 till 2007. This building is become studios and will be belonged to the Córdoba. Córdoba is the Province City of the Art in Argentina. This structure will be used for a campus housing of painting, sculpture, music, and many else category of arts. These studios will be borrowed to the artist that that has been invited so that they can enjoy the studios alone then able to live and work in the studios without any disturbance.
When the artists work with no disturbance, their work will develop well and faster. In that condition, the artists are also able to share their private life and work especially experience with the students. The bedroom and the toilet are laid in the first floor so the artist will take easy to reach them while the living, cooking area and dining area were took a place in the second floor. The structure colored nicely matching with the purpose that will be used for the artist. This building will be perfect for art school and the artist who invited there.
