Nowadays, the land will be narrow because many of development spend the land. In living aspect, the place which is available for house will be narrow too. Because of that reasons, the apartment will be the perfect answers. Recently FRENTE or Juan Pablo Maza and Jorge Yaspik architects have designed a apartment. Te apartment location is in Mexico City, Mexico.

The project teams were Manuel Perez, Gabriela Morales, Arais Reyes, Verónica Espinosa with the Grupo Modulo as the contractor. The structure was take area for about 2,195 sqm with each apartment area for about 51.5 sqm. This structure has been designed since 2004 with the constructing started from 2008 till 2009.  The top priority of this apartment is giving a sense of comfortable from the security that comes from environment around.  This low-income living or apartment building also located in the corner of the famous neighborhood of Mexico City. Each apartment with 51 sqm is consist of two bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and many else.

The waving shape is made from placing the red brick which become the main material of this structure in a usual style. That took an advantage from Mexico’s low cost labor. This apartment location is also near the street which will not make the owner to far from them. with that feature, this apartment will be the perfect answer for living since the space of life become narrow end will be harder to find in the city. The environment is friendly and also make you feel secure.
