“Living around a Court” is the new design by Spanish architect Julio Barreno in Ubrique, Cadiz, Spain. Projected with the destination of holding the conventional typology of Ubrique metropolis, it was fixed from a conventional terrace home, and full applied the advantage of internal court wherever to optimize the penetration of fresh day lighting into the interior

The processes the frontage were just a action of cleanup or rubbing many decorative components that made it a little dirty. I choose to simplify the visual aspect applying two or three components of the master frontage; the wooden windows, the balconies, with the master railings; and still the number over the important doors.

Applying this white color in our proposal we got a way to get that various conventional components manufacture a brand-new abstract language, specialized for this construction. Many of the figurative conventional components are able to design a fresh visual aspect for this fresh component in the metropolis.

The terrace in the master home was a different crucial green point in the Ubrique´s map. In the fresh proposal the terrace represents considered ever as a green component, a natural component. This is the beginning of the project of the rest of the components that finished the construction. This is how come the wood applied for the project of the windows that specify the terrace has a natural visual aspect as good as the steps of the stairs that associate the first and second floor.

I love to look this as a natural landscape interior.
