Aboday Architect has designed a new structure called Kemang Medical Care. It takes location in Jakarta, Indonesia. This project started in 2007 and it had a space for about 2600 sqm. That size is enough to develop some women and children clinic. The structure is complex and consists of level that dedicated for in vitro treatment. This project architect was PT. Parama Loka Cipta with the structure engineering was PT. Agoes Kurnia. In this country, the design is not too important for several customers. It had been told by the interior designer and the client commercial calculation was little wrong.
The budget is very little for a clinic. It may make some perception of client and the constructor different. With this modest budget, of course it will be hard to answer the client want. But in other hand, the clients will allocated most of their budget to buy some medical tool rather that the architecture and structure. But it is not the meaning of gimcrack building. This clinic build with a brilliant idea that there will also some facility that attract the patient. The client also asks for some clinic style that taken from conventional one. This clinic’s location also is with some advantages. The environment surrounding the building is with no high building and with no commercial building also. The interiors are also chosen with colorful pattern and make the whole rooms look wonderful and make the patient feels comfortable. This clinic is nice enough.
