
The T home is placed in Israel in a edge of city of Tel Aviv. The lot is 750 Meters Sq. On it are two one family home distribute a regarding the center courtyard and pool. The homes are shared by two sisters together with their families.
Framework: everything vertical framework (columns) are steel besides the west wall which is almost transparent real – 12 meters high – to resist earthquakes. The home, having no walls on the east side works structurally as a overpass – hung from the west wall. The roof is a steel framework gathered in a work shop together with transported for the selection in two parts, every 2.5 tons of steel. It is 100 meters square together with is backed by 4 main – S formed – steel girders built of 2 parts each, single indented and single convex, in the same diameter. Ground floor: This floor is the primary general zone; the floor plan is L form with the entry in the angle. Both faces of the L face the central inside courtyard, by everything glass floor for ceiling sliding door organization. The organization is such that plenty of light is let through but minimum without diverging sunlight. A required situation in hot climate places as this. Single side of the L is the formal living room, 5X5 meters and 3.4 meters high.
