4of7 Architecture’s proposal competition in order to design a pediatric clinic in East Africa is movement that able to be probability to accommodate more people when it needs to make an expansion. The proposal was an entryway for the Design for The Children challenger which will ask the designer in the world to try to develop this project.

The project was designed and that configured to match different surroundings and many kinds of demand. All of the facilities are take a front side to the courtyard to make the patient easy to access and maybe give a secured environment condition. The structure will be build like a gear. It is like with touched gears. The first thing to be done in order to build this structure is make a circle and divided three parts equally. The in each edge of the line which divided the circle is settled a pole.  Then the upper edge of each pole will be connected with a other pole too. Then you can see the construction schedule to know the next step.

The shape of this building is unique but still makes a effective function to make the patient satisfy. This building also offers several room which able to be a facility to make a social interaction. That room is like an education space and recreation room. The construction basic skill will make a big portion in this structure build process. The furniture also will be chosen with still considering the structure usage.
