Riverhouse is a new model of single-family designed by Zerafa Studio Ilc and lies in Niagara Falls Ontario. It uses the Western Red Cedar for its deck, wall cover, and soffit cladding was integrated with our design with unbreakable flexibility, cost that optimized and durability of cedar make it be the best choice for this project and this location. Some of materials will make this project different from other else. Riverhouse consist of three different horizontal volumes, each with a specific material quality. The downstairs floor consist of two groups separated with an east west glazed circulation space that make your space to view the river wider and of course to view the garden too.

The space for service and ancillary, garage, storage, guest suite room, and the access to the basement area is completed with a special design which maximizes view. The indoor office and the kitchen is designed too with special lied bar to let the owners enjoy the outside scene or panorama. The more private area is included with a large master suite, two additional bedrooms with an unsuited bath and laundry facilities are distributed to a parallel bar on the second floor accessible by a dramatic sculptural stair. Then, this home type is nice. The design is projected perfectly and developed with choice materials. The setting of the room within best situating of bar which specially made to coddle you with an outdoor view.
