Salamanca House in New Zealand by Parsonson Architects

Parsonson Architects have design a new house called Salamanca House. It location is in Salamanca, New Zealand. In order to make this project more perfect, they build the project team consist of Gerald Parsonson, Craig Burt, Caroline Tyrrell, Sam Donald with the structure engineer Clendon Burns and Park Consulting Engineers and Hanns Construction as the builder. This combination will make the perfect structure ever in the world.

The project area was 310 sqm and will start to build since 2008. This house will be unique because of its structure will not usual. The outside part designed well with the mix of conventional concepts and modern concepts. It has been mixed well so that this structure will make the owner enjoy the house even it outside. The inside part was build well too with considering the wide place that will combine too with the color that make the area looks wider than it size. The wall designed not just vertically but also diagonally that make the inside view looks so different and unique. Mixed with the glass wall, this diagonal shape let the sunlight enter and light the whole rooms while it day and let the owner to see the night sky while it night. This thing will add some sense at the night and allow a romantic view to be looked.

The environment around is also nice and clean. This house located near a middle size street so that will make the access easier to go outside or inside the house area.
