The newest info that San Francisco’s transit hub is going to try to design a new structure. This structure will be made to centralize all of the transportation inside the city. It will be happen because this structure will provide nine systems but under one roof. Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects have a new design for this purpose so far. Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects designed a new style of terminal and has 1.3 mile rail line extension from the Caltrain. This project also will be redeveloped the area which is surrounded this project take place. The surrounded area will be added for about 2,600 new house, 5,4 acre park roof, and a street for retail. Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act has a portion in this project while they give a loan to for project. The loan for bout $170 million will push forward this project. It will be completed in 2014 and the building will be ready to be used. The building will also provide wind turbines, a recycling water system. This structure will combine the green system that needed in this era with modern transportation. Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects help the Trans Joint Powers Authority to make the first modern rail station from United States. Trans Joint Powers Authority will also make a research and develop this kind of project Transbay Project. So, with this project so far San Francisco will be more look luxurious and modern. This building will be so amazing in the United States even in the world.
