Wood Stools Limited Edition by Aldo Bakker

In target Rotterdam in Netherlands this week Dutch decorator Aldo Bakker may introduce an assembling of stools created of reclaimed timber surfaced in a clear shiny lacquer.

Every piece in the finite version contains of a slenderly domed best braced by one reversed leg and a larger engraved block of timber.

Bakker designed the stools for Amsterdam art gallery Particles.

Stool is compiled from an intensity, a flat skin-deep and a line, a composition that elicits affiliations with ‘corporality’. It exposes both the person volumes and the relations, and frequently delicate associations, of an organically raised skeleton. The target is exposed by the inside out.

The two flat sections offer distance for the singular leg, it is exposed and saved concurrently and exposes the three details, where the composition is harmonious on. Each stool will be created from another variety of cautiously chosen ancient wood, collected in eight corresponding pieces. The unusual slices are hand completed and lacquered with a glasslike varnish that enlarges the nice thing about the wood.
